- Viewing you’re your unit/building to advise possible market rental obtainable
- Advertising & marketing for a suitable tenant
- Viewing of the property with prospective tenants
- Carrying out all reference and credit checks on applicants
- Checking of all FICA documentation
- Procure the deposit & first month’s rental
- Draw Up the Lease agreement
- Pay over rental to Lessor
- Retain relevant deposit in our trust account
Fees: Fee for procuring a tenant for the property are negotiable depending on the type and size of property.
MONTHLY MANAGEMENT OF YOUR PROPERTY
- Collection of monthly rentals
- Credit control iro late payment or non-payment of rental
- Payment of levies, rates, etc.
- Arranging for all relevant repairs & maintenance
- Provide monthly statement – income/expenditure
- Negotiate renewal & rental escalation with the tenant
- Reconcile tenant’s deposit on termination of lease
- Arrange for any insurances needed on the building
